Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Audits & One-time Setups

• Payments are non-refundable once work starts, because resources are allocated immediately and deliverables are digital.
• If you cancel before work starts, a full refund is available minus any non-recoverable payment fees.

2. Monthly Subscriptions / Retainers

• Billed in advance per month.
• You may cancel anytime before the next renewal; your access/services continue until the end of the paid period.
• No pro-rata refunds for partial months already in progress.

3. Quality Issues

If deliverables do not match the written scope, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review and:
1- Provide a rework at no extra cost, or
2- If we cannot reasonably remedy, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact service@growthsureanalytics.com to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback.

5. How to request a refund

Email : service@growthsureanalytics.com with your Order number, date, and reason.
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
